Terms and Conditions

1. Payments: 100% payment advance along with purchase order.
2. All Taxes VAT/CST will be extra.
3. Octroi if any applicable will be to the customer's account.
4. Normal Delivery period for Ex?stock items is 3 days.
5. Prices, model numbers and specifications are subject to change without any prior
6. Cameras & DVRS are covered by a warranty of 2 year against manufacturing defects and excludes warranty against distraction by fire, other natural calamities, hi voltage and misuse or breakage on your part
7. Our responsibility ceases once the materials are handed over to Courier/Transport.
8. Warranty does not cover Misuse, Abuse and Force Majeure conditions like earthquakes, Floods, Lightening, etc., Strikes and other social disturbances.
9. Warranty does not include power supply adaptor
10. Courier/Freight charged will be extra and to be borne by the dealer.
11. All legal issues are subject to jurisdiction of visakhapatnam only.
